What to do when someone's hurt

If someone is hurt really bad go and tell an the teacher to check if they are OK .If you are at school and some one gets hurt go and tell the duty teacher or a teacher as soon as possible.If it is bad do not pick them up let the teacher ask them if they can move and if they say no go and tell the teacher. When the teacher is dealing about it then do not crowd around that person because he or she might get sick because they you are just cutting more oxegon for them.

Hour of code

Yesterday we did hour of code with our buddy class room 2.We had three different choices we had Moana,Mine craft and star wars. I picked mine craft it was easy until I got stuck on level seven so I kept trying then I moved onto star wars and let my buddy play. He was really good at it.

Then the bell rang but it was fun.

Holiday recount

                                                        1 PARAGRAPH

Now in 3,2.1 put your helmet’s on and buckle your selves in we are going to time travel back in the past all the way to the thundery wet and sunny holidays.Well in my holidays I went to laser tag in north shore.I went with my uncle,cousins,my brother and me.when we got there it was cold so we ran inside.When my uncle was paying for our tickets we were doing bottle flips and my brother and cousin were playing at the arcade.So we were waiting for a couple of minutes then suddenly we got called to go into a darkened  room to watch a safety video. After that video we ran  into a  room with the cool laser guns and jackets.The first team we were in was blue. We had jackets that had laser targets on the shoulders,back and stomach so I ran really fast to our base and tried to make sure I didn’t get shot. Suddenly someone from red team shot me.Then I said to myself “it’s on” then I got up and ran after a while I tripped  I saw my cousin get shot.Then my uncle and brother said “agumon” so I came and we split up three people protecting our base and three go out and find bases to destroy.If you destroy a base it’s 2,000 points and the little ones are 50 points but me and my uncle just shot bases and people.

So well  that 15 minutes were over and the gun said “GAME OVER”so we stop playing and my  uncle said to have a rest or play at the arcade.But I decided to play bottle flips with my cousin. When we were playing bottle flips the laser tag owner came out and said it’s your turn to play when he said that we shouted “yes!!” and we all ran in with excitement locked and loaded said my uncle then everyone said yes!! So we ran in and we all split up.In the second round I just kept on running soon after that  I ran into a wall and someone shot me right on the back so I ran away.Then this boy from the red team got shot by someone and said to me that he was in my team but when his gun loaded he shot me and I said you “lire” and he started laughing because I felt for his lie.Then my cousin shot him and I started laughing because he laughed at me and again I ran for my life shooting everyone.After five minutes again the gun said “GAME OVER”.At that time we all quikley put our guns away and we ran out to see our score.My score was 20,345.

Then we went to go get pizza from pizza hut my cousins said yummy for my tummy so we drove off into the dark cold night.It felt like I was in Antarctica.  Then we ended up at the parking lot by the pizza hut and uncle said wait here I’ll go get the pizza.A few minutes later guess what? was even delicious fries and garlic bread “YEA” I said licking my lips.Soon after that we drove off to Glen mall parking lot to eat our Delicious pizza,garlic bread and fries.When we finished eating we all hopped out of the car to play tag. We had a really small boundary because it was a parking for cars and were obviously not a car LOL. So our game started in 3,2,1 blastoff.First in was uncle and he was targeting the oldest then he got tagged.After a few minutes it started spitting which sucked because that meant we wouldn’t be able to play.

Last moment of the scene.So we drive off  into darkness full of joy happy and thanking our uncle for a lovely night.So we kept driving and we started to tell funny and cool jokes.In a few seconds my uncle asked us if we wanted a magnum and we all said yep repeating our selves yep me to me please.Then we pulled up at the gas station to buy our magnum and we were all eating happily but I savaged it like it was nothing because it was yummy.After we finished our magnum he asked if we wanted to Cruz in the city so we all agreed on it.When we were look out the windows we seen delightful beautiful lights like colorful angels flying around and at that time it probably was 10’o clock.But we still drove around in the city.Well fun or not fun well I think awesome because that was the best day of the holidays.  Then my uncle says home time and we all said NO!!! Well I guess we had to only for bed.So he said who wants to go home first I said yea because I was tired.When we were driving back to the house of chores.Well in that boring situation we were just talking o and wait don’t run away were playing poke Mon go. !!! My cousins are so addicted to that game like I am with Clash of clans.Wait a minute NOOOOOO!!! Guess what I could see just a lovely street waiting for me and my brother.So we go down the street looking outside in the direction I was looking  in I saw my aunty and cousin waiting and waiting for us.Well as we jumped out of the car we said our usual thing bye thank you goodnight.When me and my brother were going inside my cousin said what a you holding we said “PIZZA” OK she said.So we ran up stairs and we all ate the rest of the pizza.after a while aunty told us to go bed so play time was over and bed time wasn’t BORING.So characters Vinnie,Nico,Jack,Braidin,peter and Latin.

Healthy lifestyle

  8 Glasses of water a day.

If you do not eat you will gain weight because your stomach stores fat because it doesn't know when your going  to eat again.

If you eat healthy stuff you will live longer.

You need fuel like cars but cars need gas and we need food for energy.

Eat 5 plus a day which is maybe 3 fruit and 2 vegetables.

Eating a good amount of food.Eat 3 times a day.
If you eat to much sugar you might get diabetes.
Metabolism is when you blackout  or faint

     This is how many sugars are in raro. 18!

Some foods have lots of sugar like coco pops,Nutra grain and Milo their cereals that you think are nice but so much sugar.When you don't eat you will get angry and tired.

Exercise is not just running and walking it could be cleaning around the house or playing. tag,dancing,mopping,and vacuuming.

SO PEOPLE OUT THERE EAT HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!

Speeches

Last Wednesdays there was speeches.When it was Ali's turn his speech was about why you should follow your dreams.When he got up he felt nervous and excited because there was over 100 people in the audience. Honestly I thought Ali's speech was really cool and he spoke clearly but he could improve on making more eye contact and speaking louder. Unfortunately he didn't come any place. But first place was Danae and  her speech was about why you should be grateful.Second place was Dinah Mary her speech was about why school's important.Thirdly was 2 girl's One was Fifita her speech was about why you should do a speech and Vika's speech was why you shouldn't bring your cellphones to school.

Fun Run

Here is me trying my hardest to come first second or third But when I was here I was coming six.Then I pushed my self and ran all the way from there to school and I was coming forth.After that I looked at the finish line and then I sprinted like the wind and I just came third and first place was Francis,Second was Ahmed then me Yay.

Hearing

Today I learnt that if you listen to something over 85  decibels then you will wreck your hear cells and you will be def forever because you can't  fix it.I learn't that you can't listen to a Rocket when it is launching because  it is 180 decibels and the limit is 85 decibels.



You only have 1 chance to  look after your ear's because the ear cells will turn crooked.
