Healthy Lifestyle

Healthy lifestyle
  8 Glasses of water a day.
If you do not eat you will gain weight because your stomach stores fat because it doesn't know when your going  to eat again.
If you eat healthy stuff you will live longer.
You need fuel like cars but cars need gas and we need food for energy.
Eat 5 plus a day which is maybe 3 fruit and 2 vegetables.
Eating a good amount of food.Eat 3 times a day.
If you eat to much sugar you might get diabetes.
Metabolism is when you blackout  or faint
     This is how many sugars are in raro. 18!
Some foods have lots of sugar like coco pops,Nutra grain and Milo their cereals that you think are nice but so much sugar.When you don't eat you will get angry and tired.
Exercise is not just running and walking it could be cleaning around the house or playing. tag,dancing,mopping,and vacuuming.
SO PEOPLE OUT THERE EAT HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!

Speeches

Last Wednesdays there was speeches.When it was Ali's turn his speech was about why you should follow your dreams.When he got up he felt nervous and excited because there was over 100 people in the audience. Honestly I thought Ali's speech was really cool and he spoke clearly but he could improve on making more eye contact and speaking louder. Unfortunately he didn't come any place. But first place was Danae and  her speech was about why you should be grateful.Second place was Dinah Mary her speech was about why school's important.Thirdly was 2 girl's One was Fifita her speech was about why you should do a speech and Vika's speech was why you shouldn't bring your cellphones to school.

Fun Run



Here is me trying my hardest to come first second or third But when I was here I was coming six.Then I pushed my self and ran all the way from there to school and I was coming forth.After that I looked at the finish line and then I sprinted like the wind and I just came third and first place was Francis,Second was Ahmed then me Yay.
